Preparatory Services

MRA PREP PLUS will work closely with each client to determine individual strategies for each unique situation. Our technicians primarily utilize the following methods throughout the process;

• Hard surfaces are wiped down with an all-natural solution.
• Soft surfaces are vacuumed. 
• Heat is used on clothing and soft goods (such as linens, bedding, shoes, etc.)
• Contents that have been prepped are placed in cardboard boxes and labelled, which are then sealed in clear plastic bags. This allows residents easy access to the contents and prevents cross contamination. 

Prepping a household properly is vital for an effective treatment. MRA PREP PLUS has a highly-trained and knowledgeable staff who routinely:

• Dismantle furniture.
• Move furniture and goods away from the perimeter of each room. 
• Remove wall hangings, artwork, curtains and blinds.
• Remove the electrical outlet covers and light plates if the pest control operator deems necessary.
